What data we process

Contact form or email: your name, email address and message, plus your phone number and a subject if you choose to give them. Fields marked * are needed to reply to you.
Website usage: aggregated browsing data through Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

The website assistant runs entirely in your browser: what you type into it is not stored or sent to any server.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your own request and taking steps before entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).
To measure how the website is used with Google Analytics. Legal basis: your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not use your data to send you advertising, and we do not make automated decisions or build profiles.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if it leads to a business relationship, for the duration of that relationship. After that, the data is kept blocked only for the periods during which legal liabilities could arise, and then deleted.

Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Who receives it

We do not pass your data to third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we rely on providers that act as data processors, under contracts that require them to protect the data: website hosting, email (through which we receive form messages) and Google Analytics.

International transfers

Some of these providers, such as Google or Microsoft, may process data in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023) or, failing that, by standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.

Your rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time:

Access: find out whether we process your data and obtain a copy.
Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure: ask us to delete your data.
Objection and restriction: ask us to stop processing your data or to limit how we use it.
Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting processing carried out before.

Write to info@naar.es stating which right you are exercising. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

This website is aimed at professionals and companies. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the contact form limits submissions to prevent abuse.
