The group works through two divisions: NAAR Instalaciones, which carries out the technical work end to end, and NAAR Technology, which supplies the systems and software.
Electrical installations, HVAC, fire detection and suppression, lighting and lighting design, telecommunications, low-voltage systems, building management systems (BMS), home automation, CCTV, and audio and video installations, among others. A single project can involve all of them.

Lighting design treats light as part of the architecture: it decides what is seen, how, and at what intensity throughout the day. At NAAR it is a discipline in its own right, and it shows in projects such as the Azurmendi restaurant or Bodega Baigorri, where light is part of the experience rather than only a matter of comfort.
A BMS (Building Management System) centralises the control of a building: climate, lighting, consumption, alarms and schedules on a single panel. It pays off wherever there is floor area and long opening hours — a shopping centre, a supermarket, a logistics platform — because it lets you adjust energy spend instead of estimating it.
Either way. NAAR delivers installations from start to finish, coordinating every technical trade on site, but also takes on specific packages when the client already has the rest covered.
